NeoWork is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

As a key member of our support team, you will help maintain our reputation for outstanding customer care and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Document interactions and maintain customer records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Stay informed about company products, policies, and promotions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with common customer service software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or English is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology.
