AI is one of NIQ’s most important growth opportunities. The Director, AI Commercialization Strategy will help turn NIQ’s AI ambition into a scalable global business. You will shape commercial strategy across customer segments, pricing, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement. You will also help manage the AI portfolio’s business performance, governance, and executive reporting.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can think strategically and execute effectively. You will work across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Pricing, Legal, Finance, and implementation teams to turn complex questions into clear plans, practical tools, and measurable results.

Remote role based in the US. Candidates must be physically located within the US.

What You Will Lead

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop AI commercial strategies for global, local, small and medium-sized business, retail, and third-party partner segments.
  • Tailor product positioning, pricing, and activation plans to different customer needs and buying behaviors.
  • Partner with the Pricing team to develop pricing strategies and improve price realization.
  • Build a commercial activation roadmap connecting segment priorities, sales plays, pricing, and enablement.

Commercial Planning and Sales Enablement

  • Create account-planning tools, sales playbooks, client FAQs, and pitch materials for centralized and in-market commercial teams.
  • Turn customer segmentation and pricing strategies into repeatable sales plays covering discovery, value definition, product demonstrations, objection handling, deal structure, and implementation.
  • Identify common client needs and concerns, and develop clear guidance to help commercial teams respond effectively.
  • Lead go-to-market workshops and enablement sessions across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and implementation teams.

AI Portfolio Enablement

  • Manage the AI portfolio’s governance and operating rhythm, including priorities, dependencies, decisions, risks, and reporting.
  • Develop business cases for major AI products, implementations, and investments, supported by financial modeling and value analysis.
  • Prepare executive updates that translate AI strategy and commercial plans into clear decisions and actions.
  • Build and maintain the AI program scorecard, working with cross-functional teams to define and track the most important performance indicators.

  • 8–10 years of experience in strategy, commercial or revenue strategy, pricing, management consulting, or a related field.
  • Experience developing business cases, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, or go-to-market plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including financial modeling, pricing, and value quantification.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn analysis into clear and compelling recommendations.
  • High ownership, resourcefulness, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong bias toward action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience at a leading management consulting firm or investment bank.
  • Familiarity with AI, data products, analytics, enterprise software, or technology-enabled services.
  • Experience in consumer packaged goods, technology and durables, retail, data, or information services.
  • Knowledge of NIQ’s clients, products, data assets, and organization.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $174,600 - $240,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
