Senior RevOps Analyst - HubSpot Specialist

MexicoPosted 3 days ago
Description

The Role:

We're looking for a Senior RevOps Analyst who is genuinely an expert in HubSpot. Someone who has lived inside portals, built complex workflows, debugged broken pipelines, and knows what "good" looks like. You'll own client engagements end to end: from audits and architecture through to activation and reporting.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You'll work across multiple engagements simultaneously, act as the technical lead on HubSpot implementations, and collaborate closely with the founders on strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Implementation

    • Configure and optimise portals from scratch — pipelines, properties, workflows, sequences, and reporting.

  • RevOps Audits

    • Diagnose CRM health, data quality issues, and process gaps. Translate findings into clear action plans.

  • Automation & Integrations

    • Build and maintain multi-system workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other tools in the GTM stack.

  • Reporting & Dashboards

    • Design pipeline, attribution, and performance dashboards that actually get used by leadership.

  • Client Delivery

    • Own project execution — scoping, delivery, status updates, and documentation for clients.

  • GTM Strategy Support

    • Contribute to lead routing, lifecycle architecture, and ICP-based segmentation for B2B clients.

HubSpot Requirements:

  • Core Competency — Must Have:

    • CRM Architecture

    • Workflow Automation

    • Pipeline Management

    • Lists & Segmentation

    • Custom Properties

    • Lead Scoring

    • Reporting & Dashboards

    • Email Sequences

    • Lifecycle Stages

    • Deal & Contact Associations

  • Advanced HubSpot — Strong Preference:

    • Client Access Manager

    • Solutions Partner Portal

    • Multi-Hub Implementations

    • API & Webhook Basics

    • Campaigns & Attribution

    • HubSpot Certifications

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years in RevOps, CRM administration, or a GTM systems role - with HubSpot as your primary tool.

  • Proven ability to run a full HubSpot implementation independently, from scoping to go-live.

  • Comfort owning multiple client projects simultaneously without hand-holding.

  • Strong data instincts - you can look at a messy CRM and immediately know what's broken and why.

  • Clear communicator able to translate technical work into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with adjacent tools: Zapier, Clay, Salesforce, ClickUp, or similar a strong plus.

  • HubSpot certifications preferred - especially Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or CRM Implementation.
