Senior Manager, Corporate Operations
About the Team
The Corporate Operations team is dedicated to the continuous development and resilience of our
internal systems and physical office infrastructure. Working cross-functionally with all
departments, we are an engineering-focused team providing the foundational "product" that
enables our employees to work securely from anywhere. We are the architects and orchestrators
that ensure our identity perimeter, device fleet, and office connectivity work together seamlessly.
The Role
As the Senior Manager of Corporate Operations, you will have the opportunity to architect and
lead the technical strategy for our internal corporate ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic
leader passionate about scaling internal systems, specifically Identity and Access Management
(IAM) via Okta, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and global Infrastructure (Network/AV).
If you enjoy leading high-performing engineering teams and solving complex, systemic
problems to build a frictionless employee experience, this role is for you. You will be
responsible for translating high-level IT strategy into actionable engineering roadmaps while
ensuring the security and reliability of our 100% cloud-native environment. You will work
closely with Workplace, People (HR), Legal, and Security to ensure continuity and operational
excellence across all physical and virtual corporate environments.
