AI Automation Engineer For a USA Client (Remote)

We’re hiring an AI Automation Lead to help implement AI across the business. This is a hands-on role focused on building systems, improving operations, and automating workflows across sales, marketing, and internal operations.

You’ll work closely with leadership to understand how the company operates, identify inefficiencies, and rapidly build solutions that improve speed, scalability, and performance.

This is a builder/operator role — we’re looking for someone who executes quickly, tests ideas fast, and continuously improves systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI automations across sales, marketing, and operations
• Develop lead scraping and enrichment systems, including social platforms like Instagram
• Create automated outreach workflows using AI personalization, DMs, and voice AI
• Build AI appointment-setting systems and follow-up automations
• Automate commissions, reporting, and internal operational workflows
• Improve business processes and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
• Optimize website flows and conversion processes using AI tools
• Rapidly test, launch, and iterate on new automation systems and tools
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience building AI tools and automations
• Strong understanding of LLMs, APIs, Zapier, Make, and scraping workflows
• Experience working with operations, growth, sales, or marketing systems
• Ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and improve workflows
• Strong problem-solving and execution skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with minimal direction
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with Instagram and TikTok automation
• Experience building voice AI or chatbot systems
• Content creation experience
• Experience working with AI-driven outreach or personalization systems
• Familiarity with conversion optimization and website automation workflows
