About the Role

Our client is hiring a remote Offer Specialist / Account Manager to own the offer preparation and follow-up process for prospective clients. This is a client-facing role where you'll take intake call notes, turn them into clear, personalized offers, and shepherd clients through the decision process with care and consistency.

You'll be the point of contact between the intake team and the client, making sure nothing slips through the cracks and that every prospect feels heard. The client base is majority Hispanic, so a neutral English accent is a plus but not a hard requirement.

What You'll Do

• Review intake call notes and translate client needs into customized offers
• Prepare and send polished offer documents to prospective clients
• Follow up with clients on outstanding offers, keeping the pipeline moving
• Handle administrative tasks tied to client management and account organization
• Jump on phone calls with prospective clients when needed to clarify, answer questions, or close

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in a similar role (offer preparation, account management, sales support, or customer success)
• High empathy and emotional intelligence
• A customer-service mindset and a genuine interest in helping people

• Empathetic and able to put yourself in the client's shoes
