Part-Time Affiliate Coordinator - Amazon Influencer Programs (US/Remote)

We are excited to partner with a US-based company to hire a Part-Time Affiliate Coordinator – Amazon Influencer Programs. This fully remote position offers flexible working hours and focuses on managing and growing affiliate partnerships within Amazon Influencer Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, engage, and onboard influencers into Amazon Affiliate and Influencer Programs.
• Manage ongoing communications and foster strong relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Track and analyze affiliate campaign performance metrics, including revenue, conversions, and ROAS.
• Collaborate with influencers to procure and organize high-quality user-generated content (UGC) for promotional use.
• Coordinate campaign logistics, creative briefs, and ensure timely execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
• Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize program performance.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or managing Amazon Influencer Programs.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon Affiliate and Influencer platforms and tools.
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and negotiate partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
• Experience tracking, interpreting, and utilizing performance metrics such as ROAS, revenue, and engagement.
• Skilled in sourcing and organizing user-generated content (UGC) from creators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach and relationship management.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with ecommerce brands is preferred.
• US-based or familiarity with the US market is a plus.
