Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling | Remote | U.S. Hours
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. business hours (aligned with prospect time zones)
About the Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
This is a high-performance, activity-driven role where you will:
- Identify and target ideal prospects
- Execute high-volume outbound campaigns
- Qualify leads and book meetings
- Generate consistent pipeline for Account Executives
As the first point of contact, you play a critical role in both revenue growth and brand perception.
What You’ll Do
Prospecting & Lead Research
- Build targeted lead lists using:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- ZoomInfo
- Crunchbase
- Research accounts and decision-makers
- Personalize outreach based on:
- Industry
- Persona
- Pain points
Outbound Sales & Cold Outreach
- Execute 60–100 daily outbound touchpoints:
- Cold emails
- Cold calls
- LinkedIn messages
- Video outreach
- Conduct 30–40 cold calls daily
- Use structured scripts and objection-handling frameworks
- Personalize messaging to improve reply and conversion rates
Campaign & Cadence Management
- Build and manage outbound sequences:
- 5–10 touchpoints over 10–15 days
- A/B test:
- Subject lines
- Messaging
- CTAs
- Optimize campaigns based on:
- Open rates
- Reply rates
- Meeting bookings
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Log all activities in:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Zoho
- Maintain:
- Accurate notes
- Lead stages
- Contact data
- Ensure pipeline hygiene by:
- Closing stale leads
- Refreshing prospect lists
Collaboration & Handoff
- Qualify and pass opportunities to Account Executives
- Align with marketing on:
- Lead quality
- Messaging effectiveness
- Share insights from prospect interactions

Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in:
- SDR, BDR, or outbound lead generation roles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- Pipeline building
- Familiarity with:
- Sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo)
- CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (remote)
Nice to Have
- 2–4 years SDR experience with consistent quota attainment
- Experience in:
- B2B SaaS
- Marketing services
- Professional services
- Familiarity with:
- SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler
- Experience generating pipeline for mid-market or enterprise accounts

- 8–12 qualified meetings booked per month
