Managing Director at LetShare4Gov | Management Buy-In
GovConnect is a government-focused facility and meeting management platform that helps public-sector organizations manage meeting spaces, conference rooms, equipment, catering, and shared resources across multiple locations.
Its centralized workflows cover availability, approvals, service coordination, and reporting, helping institutions improve resource visibility and operational efficiency.
GovConnect is developed and supported by the LetShare Group, a technology group building enterprise-grade solutions for complex organizational environments.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead GovConnect’s business strategy, commercial development, and operations, with a clear priority: build and scale its presence across Latin America (LATAM).
You will take ownership of regional market entry, institutional relationships, public-sector sales, and a practical path from pilot projects to repeatable, sustainable growth.
Working with the Owner, existing shareholders, and the LetShare Group, you will help turn a strong product foundation into a widely adopted GovTech business.
This is a Management Buy-In opportunity, offering meaningful equity participation alongside direct accountability for long-term company performance.
Key Responsibilities
LATAM Market Strategy & Commercial Growth
Assess and prioritize Latin American markets, defining a country-by-country go-to-market and expansion plan.
Build a qualified commercial pipeline with government agencies, municipalities, public institutions, and strategic partners.
Develop local channels, partnerships, pilot programs, and a scalable approach to converting institutional demand into contracts.
Public-Sector Engagement & Procurement
Lead complex B2G/B2B sales cycles, stakeholder engagement, negotiations, and institutional adoption.
Navigate local procurement and tender processes, approvals, compliance expectations, and long decision cycles.
Company Leadership, Product & Operations
Own operating priorities, budgets, commercial performance, and sustainable growth targets.
Translate customer and market feedback into product priorities, together with the LetShare product and technology teams.
Build and lead teams and partner relationships as the business grows; represent GovConnect with institutions and investors.
Who We Are Looking For
A senior entrepreneurial leader who combines commercial execution with the judgment to build a business in institutional markets.
Relevant backgrounds may include Managing Director, General Manager, Country Manager, founder, or regional growth/commercial leader in GovTech, enterprise SaaS, public-sector technology, or B2B software.
You bring:
Demonstrated experience developing markets, leading commercial growth, or scaling technology-led businesses.
Practical understanding of public-sector or complex enterprise procurement and long-cycle stakeholder management.
Strong knowledge of at least one LATAM market and the ability to create partnerships across the region.
Ability to operate commercially in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese; English and both regional languages are advantages.
Ownership mindset, financial discipline, credibility with senior stakeholders, and hands-on execution.
You do not need to be a hands-on technologist, but you must be confident leading a technology-driven business.
Management Buy-In & Reward
This opportunity includes a Management Buy-In and a meaningful equity stake.
A personal investment forms part of the proposed structure. The investment amount, equity terms, and other commercial arrangements will be discussed directly with the Owner during the selection process.
The overall reward structure may include executive compensation and performance-based incentives aligned with agreed growth milestones.
Why GovConnect?
Lead the LATAM expansion of a GovTech platform addressing real administrative challenges; shape a business within the LetShare Group ecosystem; and share in the long-term value you help create.
Interested?
If you bring entrepreneurial leadership, relevant LATAM market experience, and an interest in building a GovTech business with genuine ownership, we would welcome a conversation.
