Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications to meet goals and stakeholder needs.
- Produce high-quality, well-documented code.
- Co-own services architecture for resilience, scalability, and robustness with DDD.
- Grow technical leadership and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Solid Go backend development experience.
- Experience deploying on Kubernetes and AWS.
- Proficient with PostgreSQL databases.
- Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- Familiar with Domain-Driven Design principles.
- Ability to design and ship scalable APIs.
Nice to Have
- Ruby backend experience.
- Frontend React.js experience.
- Kotlin or Swift mobile app experience.
- Past mentoring or tech leadership roles.
- Fintech/domain knowledge.
