Red Ventures Home empowers partners through a unique blend of high-scale proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. We help our clients unlock significant and sustainable growth across the home services ecosystem, ranging from telecom and security to energy and home automation.

We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Agentic Delivery team within our Home Client Services division. This team is responsible for building and operationalizing the Growth Operating System - the shared execution infrastructure that turns data, intelligence, and agentic workflows into coordinated, scalable growth across our partner portfolio.

We’re looking for someone who will learn the workflows and team operations powering our business to then prototype, deploy, and orchestrate the agents and agentic workflows that power our Growth Operating System. This role requires a hands-on approach: you must analyze complex operational processes, identify where agents can accelerate manual work, and then build the roadmaps, frameworks, and agents to unlock these processes. You will lead key workflows and be a direct contributor to building the agents within them.

We believe agentic development is becoming a core competency, not a specialty. The foundational capabilities now present in tools like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, OpenClaw, NemoClaw, and other agent harnesses mean that anyone who understands how agents compose into workflows can build production-grade systems. We’re looking for someone who already operates this way - someone who has built agents, connected them to real data and systems, and used them to create measurable value. If you’ve been building agentic systems for yourself or your team and want to do it at scale, this is the role.

This role will have high visibility across the client services division. You will be embedded in cross-functional work that touches our largest client relationships, contributing directly to how the organization delivers growth through agentic systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop starter kits and accelerator kits: Package your agents, orchestration patterns, and workflows into reusable kits that enable business delivery teams to adopt agentic execution within their client engagements. You will drive adoption by making it easy for others to use and extend what you build.
  • Roadmap and build agentic systems: You will sit with the business team to identify opportunities and then design, create, and deploy the agents that power our coordinated execution systems. These frameworks will be the foundation for enabling others to build bespoke solutions as well. You will work to compose these agents into end-to-end workflows that replace fragmented manual processes with scalable, intelligent systems.
  • Own workstreams across the delivery workflow: Operate as the day-to-day product lead across key workstreams within the agentic delivery workflow. You will define the “how” for your areas of ownership, turning strategic vision into execution plans and driving progress across cross-functional teams.
  • Shape the Growth Intelligence integration: Partner with data science, engineering, and client teams to define how structured business context — experiment outcomes, market signals, compliance rules, design system specifications, and partner configurations — is made accessible and actionable by the agents you build.
  • Measure and communicate impact: Define success criteria for your workstreams, track outcomes, and communicate ROI and areas of opportunity to leadership. You own the results of what you ship.

Who You Are

  • You’re a builder: You can write prompts, read code, build prototypes, and debug agent behavior. You have a strong technical and data foundation that enables you to partner deeply with data scientists and engineers while also being a direct contributor to the systems you’re building.
  • Systems thinker: You can break down complex processes into the individual units of work agents can perform, connect those units into orchestrated workflows, and design the intelligence layer that makes the whole system smarter over time. You think in terms of compounding systems, not one-off automations.
  • Innovative, entrepreneurial, and resourceful: You thrive in 0→1 environments, working through ambiguity, testing emerging capabilities, and creating new playbooks. You’re energized by building things that don’t exist yet and are comfortable operating at the frontier of what’s possible with agentic development driving meaningful business value.
  • Influential communicator: You communicate with clarity, build trust across cross-functional and client stakeholders, and drive alignment in ambiguous environments. You can articulate the “why” behind technical decisions to non-technical audiences and rally teams around a shared vision.

Experiences You’ve Had

  • Agentic Builder and Deployer: You have built and deployed agents and agentic workflows that solve real problems, moving beyond demos to create systems operating in production. You understand how to scope an agent’s role, connect it to data sources and tools, define its rules of engagement, and compose multiple agents into reliable systems, while managing the practical constraints of reliability, orchestration, evaluation, and governance. You are fluent in the development patterns emerging across agentic environments like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, OpenClaw, NemoClaw, or similar tools, using them daily to build and orchestrate.
  • Working across complex, cross-functional environments: Experience influencing cross-functional leaders, navigating competing priorities, and making high-impact product decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
  • Delivering measurable business outcomes through AI/ML: Proven track record of driving behavior change, optimizing key metrics, and demonstrating clear ROI through AI-powered products or systems.
  • Data and analytics fluency: Comfortable with SQL, python, data modeling, experimentation frameworks, and the analytical rigor required to evaluate whether agentic systems are creating real value versus just running tasks.

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $155,000 - $185,000 + Potential Equity

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Life Insurance

  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Holiday Pay
  • 401(k) with match
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential. That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy. Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
