Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product software with cross-functional teams.
- Focus on customer experience and data safety improvements.
- Deliver measurable customer value through hypothesis-driven development.
- Develop, launch, and maintain scalable software solutions in an autonomous team.
- Collaborate and share knowledge in a team-oriented environment.
- Develop Java services using Spring Boot or similar and containerized deployments.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-centric domain.
- Experience building Java services (Spring Boot, Spring Native, Micronaut, Quarkus).
- Proficient with Docker.
- Production experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs at scale.
- Comfort with complex, heterogeneous system landscapes.
- Interest in the 'why' behind software development.
- Team player with collaboration mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MongoDB.
- Experience with RabbitMQ (RMQ).
- NodeJS experience.
- Pharmacy/e-health or customer-centric domain experience.
- Familiarity with Spring Native, Micronaut, or Quarkus.
