About the Role

This is an entry-level Appointment Setter role where you will book meetings and calls on behalf of UK-based clients. No prior experience is required — full training is provided to help you succeed in this fully remote position from South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to prospective clients via email and phone to schedule appointments

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meeting times for UK-based sales teams

  • Follow up with prospects to confirm and reschedule meetings as needed

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Report daily appointment activity and metrics to your manager

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Friendly and professional phone manner

  • Basic computer proficiency (email, Google Workspace, spreadsheets)

  • No experience required — comprehensive training provided

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
