Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Consultant to manage and strengthen client relationships while delivering outstanding service. This is a fully remote role suited to a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing queries and escalations professionally
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions during the setup process
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions or service improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues timeously
  • Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting on client satisfaction and service delivery

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a client-first mindset
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred

Salary: R22,000/month | 100% Remote
