About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level Email Marketing Assistant to support our UK clients' digital campaigns. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training so you can hit the ground running from the comfort of your South African home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns

• Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure accurate targeting

• Monitor campaign performance and compile basic analytics reports

• Proofread email copy for accuracy and brand consistency

• Coordinate with the wider marketing team on content calendars

Requirements

• No prior experience required — full training is provided

• Good written English and attention to detail

• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn email tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

Equipment & Setup

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

• Quiet, dedicated home workspace

• Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
