About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level HR Operations Assistant to support our UK-based clients with day-to-day HR administrative tasks. No prior experience is required — full training is provided. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining HR records

  • Process leave requests, payroll inputs, and employment documentation

  • Support recruitment processes including posting jobs and screening CVs

  • Respond to HR queries from staff and management

  • Maintain accurate employee databases and HR filing systems

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent

  • No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided

  • Interest in human resources and people management

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal

Equipment & Setup

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
