About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level IT Helpdesk Support Agent to assist UK-based clients with technical issues and IT queries. No prior experience is required — we provide full training. You'll be the first point of contact for IT support requests, working fully remotely from South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and resolve first-line technical issues

  • Assist users with software, hardware, and connectivity problems

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required

  • Document all support interactions in the ticketing system

  • Provide clear and friendly guidance to non-technical users

Requirements

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent

  • No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided

  • Interest in technology and problem-solving

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
