About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Business Development Representative to support our UK-based clients in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual who wants to build a career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads and new business opportunities

• Conduct outbound outreach via email and phone to prospective clients

• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for senior team members

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact and activity data

• Support the preparation of proposals and presentations

• Track and report on outreach activity and results

Requirements

• Matric certificate; business or marketing qualification advantageous

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling and cold emailing

• Basic proficiency in CRM tools or Microsoft Office

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and resilience

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
