About the Role

This is an entry-level Lead Generation Specialist role supporting UK-based sales teams by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. No prior experience is needed — we provide full training so you can hit the ground running from anywhere in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential leads using online tools and databases

• Qualify prospects through email outreach and initial contact

• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information

• Collaborate with the UK sales team to hand over qualified leads

• Track outreach metrics and report weekly results to your manager

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills

• Good research and internet skills

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

• No experience required — full training and onboarding provided

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer

• Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
