About the Role
Remote Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in sourcing and placing candidates for UK-based clients. This is an ideal entry-level role for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and wants to build a career in HR and recruitment. No prior experience is necessary — we provide all the training you need.
Key Responsibilities
Posting job adverts across various job boards and career platforms
Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates against job specifications
Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
Managing candidate pipelines and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Conducting reference checks and assisting with onboarding documentation
Supporting the team with administrative and reporting tasks
Requirements
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident, professional, and people-focused attitude
Comfortable with computers and digital tools
No recruitment experience required — training is fully provided
