Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Office Receptionist to manage front-of-house functions in a fully virtual environment. You will be responsible for handling communications, coordinating schedules, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and calls for team members
  • Greet and assist virtual visitors and clients via video call or online platforms
  • Maintain and update digital filing systems, contact lists, and internal records
  • Coordinate courier bookings, mail handling, and office supply orders where required
  • Support management with general administrative tasks and ad hoc requests
  • Ensure all communications are handled with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook
  • Professional, friendly, and composed under pressure
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Matric certificate required; diploma in Office Administration or similar is advantageous

Salary: R14,000/month | 100% Remote
