About the Role

Remote Recruitment is looking for driven and articulate individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives, supporting UK-based clients. This is a great entry-level opportunity to launch a career in sales with no prior experience needed. You will receive full training in sales techniques, CRM tools, and UK business culture to ensure your success from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and reaching out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone

  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and passing them to senior sales staff

  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate lead and contact information

  • Following up with prospects and nurturing relationships through the sales pipeline

  • Scheduling meetings and demos for the UK-based sales team

  • Meeting weekly outreach targets and KPIs

  • Collaborating with the team to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills in English

  • A goal-oriented and self-motivated personality

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and sending cold emails

  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently

  • No prior sales experience required — full training provided

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
