About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will plan, create, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms for UK-based clients, helping to grow their online presence and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter/X

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client brand guidelines

  • Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences

  • Track performance metrics and compile regular reports

  • Research trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on campaigns and promotions

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in social media management or content creation

  • Strong written English communication skills

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite)

  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar

  • Ability to work UK business hours (flexible arrangements possible)

  • Self-motivated with good time management skills

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
