About the Role

Remote Recruitment is looking for a motivated and organised Virtual Assistant to support our UK-based clients with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is eager to build a remote career without prior experience in the field. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing emails, calendars, and scheduling for UK clients

  • Handling data entry, document preparation, and file organisation

  • Conducting basic online research and compiling reports

  • Responding to client communications professionally and promptly

  • Assisting with travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and reminders

  • Updating spreadsheets, databases, and project tracking tools

  • Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent qualification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)

  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace

  • Backup power solution (UPS or inverter recommended)
