The Role - Your Passion

  • Execute end-to-end customer invoicing and ensure all required attachments are included.

  • Validate case data and confirm all mandatory documents are present and correctly labeled.

  • Explain invoices and payment options to customers using clear, empathetic language.

  • Manage customer questions, short-pays, and objections; escalate to specialists when needed.

  • Adhere to SLA deadlines and ensure the accuracy of all billing line items.

  • Track receivables, manage the dunning process, and coordinate with Finance on allocations.

  • Compile factual timelines and document sets for non-legal dispute preparation.

  • Maintain clean, well-indexed, and audit-proof case files.

  • Use and maintain response macros and checklists to ensure consistent communication quality.

What you need to ride the wave with us

  • Background in customer billing, accounts receivable, support, or claims customer service.

  • Experience creating invoices, credit notes, and handling dunning or payment follow-ups.

  • Ability to reconcile basic payment queries without requiring technical repair knowledge.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills with strong de-escalation and objection-handling skills.

  • Clear communication in German, French, or Italian is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on audit-ready file management.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, office tools, and billing or ERP software.

  • Reliable, ownership-driven working style in a remote, SLA-driven environment.

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is up to 36,000 EUR gross per year for employment in Germany. As we get to know each other better during the application process and can more accurately assess your skills and experience, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band fits you best. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year during an annual feedback meeting.
