Regional full-stack technical support lead for SambaRack, SambaStack, and SambaCloud, resolving complex issues and driving cross-functional improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end technical support for regional customers across SambaRack, SambaStack, SambaCloud
  • Serve as regional support lead and primary technical contact for your customer base
  • Support customers in debugging ML models and resolving complex full-stack issues
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure continuous production coverage
  • Partner with global and regional leads to improve support processes
  • Coordinate with site reliability engineers to reduce reactive issues
  • Coordinate with field service to minimize maintenance window impact
  • Provide structured product feedback to engineering via Jira
  • Assist engineering by testing new features prior to release
  • Author and review knowledge base articles and contribute to product documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or IT, or 2+ years hands-on IT/tech support
  • Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts and terminology
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and critical thinking in complex environments
  • Working knowledge of Shell scripting, Go, or Python
