Junior full-stack Java developer building and supporting enterprise contact-center apps (Cisco/Genesys), using microservices, in a remote, ownership-driven team.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy full-stack Java apps (Spring Boot) for contact center ops.
Design microservices with API gateways, service discovery, and circuit breakers.
Build containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes for on-prem/GCP.
Provide Level 3 production support and perform root-cause analysis.
Integrate Cisco Finesse agent desktop, gadgets, and workflows via API.
Customize Coral Interactive softphone solutions for agent workflows.
Write/optimize SQL for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Informix data layers.
Develop integrations with Cisco UCCE.

Requirements

Java development with Spring Boot.
Front-end experience with Vaadin, Thymeleaf, Bootstrap/HTML5.
Experience building microservices with REST, messaging, and events.
Database integration with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Informix.
Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
GCP or on-prem deployment experience.
Cisco Finesse API and agent desktop integrations.
Azure AD/Entra ID/Microsoft Active Directory authentication.
Cisco UCCE integration.

Nice to Have

Experience with Cisco Genesys platforms.
L3 production support experience.
Cloud-native development and microservices patterns.
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling familiarity.
Strong remote, cross-functional team collaboration.
