Requirements

• Broad passion for AI and/or Web3 technology, and up to date on current affairs in the industry

• Experience in fast paced, demanding recruiting environments including onsite/internally for modern technology businesses

• Familiar with technical hiring, including Software Engineering and/or Product

• Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence

• Comfortable operating effectively in a remote environment
