Responsibilities
- Build scalable web applications using open-source tools
- Consume REST and GraphQL APIs
- Work independently while updating the team on progress
- Lead technical planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, and coding
- Identify and fix complex bugs
- Plan architectures to minimize performance problems and fragility
- Implement frontend from mock-ups or visual designs
- Develop frontend with responsive design techniques
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building scalable web apps
- Experience with React or a comparable JS framework
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Unit testing and debugging skills
- Independent, self-managed, and motivated
- Proficient English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python, Django, AWS, RDBMS, Elasticsearch, or Redis
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
