Responsibilities
- Collaborate with PM and devs on technical design for solutions
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from design to production
- Break down complex problems into actionable solutions quickly
- Mentor engineers at all levels and guide career growth
- Define and evangelize coding standards and best practices
- Review code across teams to improve quality and consistency
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience
- Experience building enterprise SaaS cloud apps
- Proven record shipping high-volume products at scale
- Hands-on with Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Gradle, Git, Jenkins
- Front-end with JavaScript and React
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong mentoring and team development record
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States
- Must be located in the EST time zone

- Experience in agile environments
- Experience with Spring framework
- Experience with ES6
- Experience with SaaS product development
