Responsibilities
- Own all stages of feature implementation from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Management to design technical solutions.
- Rapidly analyze complex problems to accelerate robust solutions.
- Define and mentor engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all levels.
- Mentor engineering talent through structured mentorship.
Requirements
- 12+ years of proven Java software development experience.
- Experience building high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud applications.
- Proven track record architecting and building high-volume products.
- Hands-on with Java, Spring, MySQL, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, and Solr/Lucene.
- Fast-paced, adaptable in a startup environment.
- Mentor and elevate team performance.
- Strong work ethic.
- High integrity and honesty; aligns with PBC culture.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
