Lead design and delivery of scalable enterprise SaaS apps, mentor engineers, and shape technical direction with product teams. Remote-friendly (Canada/US).

Responsibilities

Own full feature lifecycle from design through deployment and maintenance.
Contribute daily code and deliver high-quality software.
Collaborate with Product Management on technical design and problem-solving.
Rapidly analyze complex problems to craft robust solutions.
Define and promote engineering best practices and coding standards.
Provide thorough code reviews for engineers at all levels.
Mentor engineering talent through structured programs.

Requirements

12+ years of software development experience.
Java development expertise.
Experience building high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud apps.
Proficiency with Java, Spring, MySQL, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr/Lucene.
Fast-paced, adaptable, startup environment experience.
Proven ability to mentor and elevate teams.
Excellent English communication skills.
