Responsibilities

Own all stages of feature implementation from design to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with product management and development on technical design.
Rapidly analyze complex problems, identifying knowns and unknowns.
Define and mentor engineering best practices and coding standards.
Provide comprehensive code reviews for engineers of all experience levels.
Mentor engineering talent through structured professional development.

Requirements

12+ years of software development experience; Java development required.
Extensive experience building high-scale enterprise SaaS cloud apps.
Proven architecture and delivery of high-volume products at scale.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, MySQL, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, and Solr/Lucene.
Thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly.
Proven ability to mentor and elevate team performance.
Strong work ethic.
High integrity and ethical standards.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
