Define and shape front-end architecture for large-scale web apps, mentor developers, and drive reusable components and patterns.
Responsibilities
- Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web apps
- Collaborate with the platform team to design and enhance cross-area components
- Define a framework to share code and components between teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers
- Design and implement pattern libraries and style guides
- Lead code reviews to ensure code quality
Requirements
- 10+ years of frontend experience, including full-stack development
- Experience defining a framework to scale across multiple enterprise web apps
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS abstractions
- Strong advocate of industry best practices and development principles
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; proven critical thinker
- Proven track record mentoring teams to improve performance
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States; no sponsorship offered
- Time zone: PST or MST
