Responsibilities
- Architect efficient, reusable front-end systems for complex web apps
- Collaborate with the platform team to design and enhance shared components
- Define a framework to share code and components across teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers
- Design and implement pattern libraries and style guides
- Lead code reviews to ensure code quality
Requirements
- 10+ years of front-end experience including full-stack
- Experience defining and implementing scalable enterprise web app frameworks
- Experience with a modern JavaScript framework, HTML, CSS abstractions
- Strong advocate of industry best practices and development principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational skills, and critical thinking
- Proven track record mentoring teams
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States; no sponsorship
- Must be in PST or MST time zone
Nice to Have
- Very strong knowledge of React and its ecosystem
- Experience mentoring and growing teams
