Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Content & Social Media Specialist who can take ownership of content creation, social media management, and day-to-day marketing support. In this role, you will plan, create, and publish content across multiple brands while ensuring everything is polished, on-brand, and aligned with marketing goals. You’ll play a key role in supporting marketing and advertising initiatives through graphics, video, and content execution. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute content calendars across multiple brands

  • Create high-impact graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and paid advertising (optimized for platform requirements)

  • Edit video content, including short-form and basic long-form videos

  • Write engaging captions and marketing copy aligned with brand voice

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms

  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is polished before submission

  • Monitor engagement and track basic content performance metrics

  • Stay current with social media trends and apply them strategically

  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with overall marketing objectives

  • Maintain organized content libraries, assets, and templates for scalability
